Shopping experience began on-line. I found the particular truck that I had been searching for on the Smail website. The truck had not yet arrived at the dealership. I called Smail and was fortunate to have Michael B. answer my call.  I explained the situation to him and he assured me that he would make contact with me regarding the arrival of the truck. Once it arrived, Michael called me to let me know, however I was unable to get to the dealer in a timely manner; the truck sold quickly. Michael assured me that another truck would be arriving within the week. Once again I received a very timely call from Michael and proceeded to the dealer to see the vehicle. Michael was very personable, courteous, and knowledgeable. We went through the intricacies of the vehicle thoroughly. I explained that I needed some time to consider the purchase. The next day I was contacted by the Sales Manager. After some discussion, we arrived at an agreeable deal on the truck. The purchase was smooth and easy. I happily drove home in my new truck. Very happy to deal with Michael B., as well as the Sales Manager.  My only complaint is that the all weather floor mats looked like they were taken out of a used truck. Three of the four mats were scratched and did not look as new as the truck. However, I would still certainly recommend the Smail Dealership.
