I had to have a new water pump installed on my 2013 Lincoln Mks a week ago. The service that I received was OUTSTANDING. Greg my service advisor gave me his personal attention and made sure that all of my needs regarding the repair were met and exceeded. The new Lincoln Corsair that was my loaner car for almost 2 weeks had only 300 miles on it and it was a beautiful vehicle to drive while my Pristine 2013 was in the shop. I was periodically updated as to the progress of the repair. While the internal water pump was being replaced, they also replaced all of the spark plugs, coil packs, the pcv valve and pcv tube as well. The new Ford/Lincoln building is beautiful and inviting as are all of the staff that work there. My car is totally back together and "purrs" like she should. Aspiring to get my 2024 or 2025 Nautilus at this dealership. Thanks again for getting me back on the road and giving me the peace of mind that my 2023 Lincoln Mks will be good for many years to come.

My MKC needed recall service that involved ordering the necessary parts. Smail notified me when the parts arrived and said they could do the work at my home. I was very pleasantly surprised, to say the least! The tech arrived at the house in about 30 minutes, did the necessary work in under an hour, and was on his way.  Very impressed by the excellent service and friendly staff.
