Amazing service I worked with ike and he was super helpful I was in and out which was perfect because I was in a rush got me approved at an amazing rate can't complain at all super informative and helpful.

Would definitely recommend coming here and specifically working with ike it was my favorite time buying a car/being at a dealership didn't feel pressured at all just informed he included 2 new rear tires as well as a full detail. Super great to work with!

Brianna was very helpful and kind and really fast at making our purchase happen! Definitely 5 star customer service! Will hopefully work with them again in vehicle purchases! I would have to give the quality check of the vehicle or service a 4 star! There was a daytime running light out when received car! Which is hard to miss since it tells you so on the dash and it don’t go out till fixed! We were told that it would be fixed when ordered, but it’s a pretty common bulb! The light itself is a whole different story in gaining access to it! Without a lift, panels have to be pulled to get to bulb! So I can see how it’s not just a pull up and replace and go!

Dealership deserves at least 10 stars. They had my truck , immaculately clean and ready to go when I arrived . Paul, who is the gold standard for auto sales man, was better than anyone I've ever dealt with , while buying an automobile. He's professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and not pushy about things that don't matter . He had my paperwork ready when I arrived . Ana , was just as easy to work with . We had the financing complete and expeditiously and she smiled the entire time. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour !!! I will buy my next automobile from Smart Chevrolet. It was worth the 4 hour ? drive.
