SHORT: Jason Miller in the parts department went above and beyond finding me a discontinued part for my 3000 mile 2015 Lancer Evolution Final Edition.

LONG:
20+ other dealers just told me things from a one word email response "DISCONTINUED", no response, didn't answer the phone, 'their system was down', couldn't give me any info on the part, told me they could only check stock in their own dealer group or region, etc, etc.

I was desperate, I had randomly googled and contacted 20+ other dealers across US and even Canada that did nothing, or next there to it, for me. Jason after receiving nothing more than an email from me solely asking if he had a part number got done what countless others didn't.

Jason took it upon himself to find a dealer in NY who still had one, verified they physically had it , then replied giving me their info and they had it ready to ship when I called with my VISA # and address.

TLDR: This is the man and parts department to deal with for your Mitsubishi.

If I could give 0 stars I would I submitted my credit application at 11 didn't hear anything called again at 1 got the run around finally after 4 I was told I have to put down a large down payment wouldn't tell me what I was being charged for the vehicle and their down payment assistance is you pay half now and half later they won't explain that to you at first. So if you think they will actually help they just let you delay your payment

Shortly after I placed this review I spoke to a gentleman named Brett Cantrell and he made it a much more pleasant experience he was apologetic for my first experience I had with them and wanted to try to do everything to make it right and in a vehicle right away. I have already been approved for a vehicle else where but if I didn't I would definitely be buying from this gentleman. If you guys buy from here I highly recommend you ask for him.
