Ricky was absolutely amazing.   He was consistent with updating me on incoming inventory and was able to get me the exact vehicle I wanted quicker than any other dealership I'd visited.  He was very personable and very honest (I'd already done my research so I was able to put him to the test).  Tony, the finance manager was great as well.  I told him where I wanted to be and he worked with me.  Although I experienced a bit of an inconvenience with the Parts Dept, Tony and Ricky both made it right on their behalf.

I had to take my 2021 Palisade in due to some issues I was having and being a woman I knew they were going to try and sock it to me, but I must say Sam really took very good care of me, he was able to get my issue diagnosed quickly and get me back on the road with a peace of mind.  The area was very clean and welcoming and the other service advisors were very pleasant unlike other dealerships I have experienced.  If you have had a bad experience, ask for Sam he is pleasant, he will listen and he if he say you need it, your car needs it.  While I understand everyone has had there own experience, but mines was great!!!
