I always dread car shopping and dealing with the large franchise car salesman. Southern Trucks made the car buying process what it should be. The price of the truck I wanted was great, no dealership fees and they gave me a respectable amount for my trade. There was no point where I felt pushed or like they were throwing sales tactics at me, nor did i feel ignored. Keep doing what you're doing guys and don't change your business model. Just purchased a 2021 Ram 2500 from Casey. He was cool, non-pushy and had a lot of knowledge on how to get financing done stress free and responsibly. Scott worked to give me a good deal on my trade in that I was upside down on. Their inventory was so good, I literally went back and forth between so many trucks because I didn't know which one I wanted. The were all newer model, moderate miles at competitive pricing.
