Stopped by the dealership one day looking for a low-cost Silverado. Nicole came out and asked me what I was looking for and I described the vehicle I was looking for. She said she didn’t see many of those, but she would take down my information and if something came up, she’d give me a call. About two weeks later, she called me up with a vehicle that perfectly fit what I was looking for. We went to the dealership to look at it the next morning and 2 1/2 hours later we were out the door with the vehicle. Nicole is an awesome sales person. From speaking to Ricky on the phone to driving out with my new equinox, it was a great experience. The easiest transaction buying a vehicle that I've ever had. He had the car cleaned and ready to go before we got there. Most of the paperwork was done. The finance manager, Chris, was very pleasant also and had everything in order.
