Communication was excellent through out the search and purchase process.  During my last purchase, the auction made a mistake with the vehicle repair prior to purchase.  Southwest went above and beyond to make sure the problem was fixed immediately and the vehicle in perfect shape.  I will come back to Southwest for every vehicle I purchase.  I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.

I just had a wonderful, surprise experience with Southwest Auto Brokers. I met one of their representatives by chance, while I was actively searching for a vehicle. The cars that I had looked at, and the sellers I had met with, were disappointing. BW helped me purchase a beautiful Infiniti, that looks and drives like a dream. It is spotless inside & out, with new tires, brakes and low mileage.

Although subsequent buyers sought to purchase the vehicle at a higher price point, Southwest Auto Brokers followed through on their commitment to me, at the agreed upon price. Their ethics are impeccable, their honesty is unquestionable. The staggering part of the process was their willingness to be helpful with parts information, the registration process (during the COVID 19 shutdown), provided me with a smog test and ordered back-up keys and fobs (pricey)!
