We met with John to purchase a 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan. He was very easy to work with. No pressure was able to coordinate meeting with him due to covid he's not in the office as much. I think we purchased a great car at a fair price from a reputable used car dealer. One minor problem with the car but can't say that it was an issue when the car was sold even though it happened the next day. Other than that five stars! You do get a basic warranty that covers major items for 30 days hopefully we won't need that.

John, the owner, is very patient and never pushy. I'm not one to make a quick decision, but he gave me time and space to think it over, and provided alternate options to the car I had come to see. He's definitely a car enthusiast so I put all that experience and knowledge to use finding a reliable car that best suits my needs. The car I bought was in perfect condition, cleaned immaculately, and had a "new car" smell I still enjoy. There was a little road noise when I test drove it but we determined it was nothing out of the ordinary. Regardless, he had it checked out and ended up making a repair the morning I picked it up, just to make sure it was perfect. The service is excellent and I would recommend anyone to shop here without hesitation. It's tough to find an honest dealer, but Special Interest Auto definitely fits the bill!

Found a car I was interested in online and emailed Special Interest Auto.  They were very prompt with a response and answered all my initial questions quickly even in different emails.  I went to look at the car and I worked with John who was very helpful.  He allowed me to test drive and look over the car to my satisfaction.  I went ahead and purchased the car and John made the process quick and simple.  Due to my distance from the business, he was also very kind while I was arranging pickup which took a few days.  Highly recommend this business if you are looking for a vehicle.

Bought a very nice 2010 Nissan rogue from John at Special Interest Auto for my girlfriend. We are extremely happy with how well it was maintained and kept. John really goes out of his way to find the best quality cars for the best prices. I previously bought a car for my son from Special Interest Auto. Purchased a 2009 Lincoln MKZ with 90,000 miles on it from John about 2 and a half years ago back in 2017, great  car for the price! Worked with me on the price as I could not afford full asking price and tax/registration and did his best to make it affordable, especially for it being the first vehicle I have purchased on my own! At the time it needed a new battery that they were supposed to replace, however after a jump, it started up just fine! A few months later the battery finally started to go and that's when I realized it obviously wasn't a newer battery, I called John, and well he didnt fully cover a new battery, he didn't hesitate to at least help with some of the cost of one!

About 30k miles later at 118k miles the car still runs great with the only issue being some rust starting, but is to be expected on a 12 year old vehicle especially driving in Buffalo/WesternNew York winters!

I would 100% recommend purchasing a car here and working with John I do not think you would leave disappointed!

I'm hopefully looking to buy a newer car later this year and pass my MKZ onto my mom. Though when I am ready, I am looking for a specific vehicle I will definitely be keeping an eye on John's inventory and will most certainly be returning if anything catches my eye or if he'd be willing to help me find the vehicle I want when I am ready!
