Trade-in, sale, and financing were fair, efficient and hassle free.  All members of the sales team were pleasant and professional. Our SUV went on for a recall. They were very communicative about the process and the estimated time.  It turns out the mechanic hasn't done this recall before so it took a bit longer than they estimated. They offered a 19 point safety check which I fully expected would result in a sales pitch for filters or something but it did not.  Very pleased with how we were treated.
