Amazing service, very highly recommend! My husband and I had been searching for a long time for a Honda Accord Hybrid and the perfect car popped up at Corwin Ford Tri-Cities. Will, with the sales team, helped us with our questions, as we live 1.5 hours away; we made an appointment and he was so helpful throughout the test drive and negotiation. We ended up going home to think about it, but decided to call the next day and put down a deposit to pick up in a week. He made the whole process smooth and easy! When we picked up the car, there was an issue with the audio that was not presenting when we test drove, but the team at Corwin promised to cover all costs of addressing the audio issue, and they DID! Even tho the Honda dealer we took it to to have the repair done was awful to work with, the service team at Corwin took the reins, dealt with the Honda dealer, and covered the cost of the repair. Throughout the whole experience, we felt so reassured, taken care of, and so glad we purchased from this dealership. Will definitely buy another vehicle from them! Excellent, when other dealers straight up lied and played number games, Corwin was honest and up front and offered one of the better trade in numbers for my car.  If you’re tired of games these guys are great. Wish more Ford dealers were like this, it’s very hard anymore to find a dealership that’s not trying to take advantage of you from all angles anymore.

I was an out of state buyer.  I found the truck at their dealership while searching online. It had everything I was looking for at an extremely competitive price.   It’s risky to purchase out of state, but after speaking with their sales representative, Ariel, I felt comfortable enough to make the 7 hr drive to make my purchase.   To say I was not disappointed is an understatement.   The vehicle was cleaned to perfection and was everything that had been represented.   The  lot at Corwin had a large selection of equally nice cars and trucks to pick from and the sales staff and finance manager were incredibly friendly to deal with.   This was overwhelmingly one of the best buying experiences I have had at a dealership, hands down.
