Over the past 15 years or so I have purchased 1 used vehicle (Navigator), leaved 1 new vehicle (Escape), and purchased 3 new vehicles all Broncos.  Every transaction was better than the previous.

My last 2 Broncos were purchased from Bill Williams, one was on behalf of my daughter and one was for me. Bill initially processed the special order on the Heritage back in September, he kept me informed of the build process, and called me promptly when it was ready.  He emailed me the total, and the documents required in advance so I was all set when I got down there.  All my paperwork was on the desk ready to go, bill got the vehicle added to the app, verified my Ford Points, walked me back to show me the service department, and got my payment info processed by the friendly cashier.
