My experience with lynnwood Mercedes was easy going and enjoyable from start to finish. The salesman stepped me through the ordering process, kept me informed during the build/shipping and the car even arrived slightly early. The purchase process was painless and quick and very professional. No gimmicks or tricks which was nice. To get us out the door they even fixed us up with insurance when our insurance company wanted to delay the process.

This review is in regards to the service dept! I have had nothing but top notch service from the awesome service consultants: Tyrone and Garrett and the courtesy vehicle assistants at this dealership. They always keep me up to date on what is going on with my car and usually have it finished in the time they said they would. Their customer lounge is nice and comes with great amenities as well. I always feel like my vehicle is in great hands with them. On the most recent visit, Tyrone picked up on the issue that was causing my sedan to make a whooshing noise especially prominent when steering or turning the wheel. This was not picked up by MB of Seattle at all,  when I had it towed there for a tire malfunction since it was close to my workplace a few weeks before I took my car in for service. Tyrone detected the problem while driving it to the service bay when the car went in for routine service, found out it was covered under warranty, put me in a loaner and I went about my day since they had to order a part. This was all done before I got too comfy in the lounge still sipping on coffee. :)

We have had exceptional service at Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood. We trust our service writer Casey. He is knowledgeable, forthcoming, takes the time to explain to us about any needed repairs, as well as our regular maintenance.  He keeps us informed of wear that will need to be addressed in the future, all cheerfully & respectfully.  He stays ahead of the curve, and definitely goes the extra mile for us which we appreciate so much!!!  All work we have had done there has been done with excellence. We can, & do depend on the service department to keep our car dependable & running smoothly. :)
