I drove from Durango, Colorado to do business with these good people and was glad that I did.  Terri and Mandi were both great and were attentive from my first correspondence and subsequent communication including a video tour of the unit I ultimately purchased.  This is an easy review to leave because my business transaction was a true pleasure.  I researched the unfavorable reviews reviews received by Starlight and it seems that those that only gave a one-star didn't have much positive to say about anybody as the process couldn't have been better for me.  Watch their inventory and if you're not a local, Terri will do what it takes so you're comfortable making a trip similar to journey last week.

We purchased a 2021 Grand Design Reflection from this dealer and having nothing but positive things to say about Teri and her staff. She gave us a fair trade- in amount on our travel trailer and made us feel at home. When we finally signed all the papers and left for home, we noticed 200 miles out at our first campsite that the main air conditioner wasn't blowing cold air. Mind you this was in 113 degree heat. I called Teri and she said to bring it back and she would make it right. We drove back to the dealer but could not wait for the parts to be delivered and then installed because my wife had to be back to work in two days. We were driving back to Colorado, 700 miles a little peaved and not wanting to make another trip to pick it up after the repair. What Teri did after it was repaired was totally professional and a class act. She called to tell us that it was repaired and she would have it delivered to us in Colorado at no extra cost. I would recommend Starlight motors to anyone who wants a fair and professional to serve you.

The folks at Starlight Motors were fantastic! I stopped in while traveling because my travel trailer brakes weren't working. Mandy and Wes got on the job immediately and had me on the road again in a short while. While Wes was working on the brakes, Mandy also cleaned a big,  difficult peeled sticker mess off my window as a courtesy. Quick,  excellent service at a very reasonable price!
