Starz automotive group has been amazing. I came in to get two cars for my sons. They were very up front and honest with me thru the whole process. I was having anxiety attacks with the banks getting the deals done but they kept their patience and made things happen. They will forever be my go to place for cars. Every last person in the office was professional and very helpful.

I had a pleasant experience with the staff at Starz Automotive when I purchased my 2018 Hyundai Elantra. They were kind, personal, and professional, making the process much less stressful, especially for a first time buyer. I worked mainly with Taylor and she was very patient and professional, she responded quickly and answered all of my questions. I also spoke with Christy about the loan details and she was very honest and wanted to help me get the best possible deal.

However, unfortunately, the car has had some problems since I brought it home. Despite the dealership's good intentions and efforts to address the issues, the car's reliability has been a disappointment.

While I appreciated the positive service experience, the car's performance has left me hesitant to recommend Starz Automotive to others. I hope that in the future, they will prioritize the quality of their inventory to match the high level of service they provide.
