First of all, my credit is terrible. Told them that right from the start. Of course I heard they can work with me blah blah blah. I was optimistic I was going to be rejected even with a good down payment. He told me to give him an hour and he will call me back. Half hour goes by, he calls. "Well, like you said, your credit is almost rock bottom. But, we can actually do it.  " I was floored! They even took off some of the listing price so I could afford it.
