I recently purchased a 2019 Civic Si from Sterling McCall Acura Sugar Land, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service and outstanding experience I received. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Nohea, my sales representative.

Despite my thorough examination, I had overlooked testing the sport mode. Without hesitation, Nohea allowed me to retest drive the vehicle to ensure I was fully satisfied.

Moreover, Mo, the manager, exhibited extraordinary accommodation. Upon noticing some fender damage not evident in the online images, Mo agreed to have it rectified post-sale. Additionally, both Nohea and Mo generously permitted me to take an extended test drive, borrowing the vehicle for approximately three hours to facilitate a pre-purchase inspection and grab lunch.

During the inspection, a minor issue with the battery was discovered, which Mo promptly agreed to replace, further demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

The seamless purchase process culminated in my driving off the lot, thoroughly delighted with my purchase. Even after the sale, the dealership's dedication to customer care remained unparalleled. When I returned a week later for the bumper work and battery replacement, I was graciously loaned a brand-new Acura RDX to navigate around town while the maintenance was completed.
