I recently had the pleasure of working with Mayra in Used Car Sales on the purchase of my Cadillac XT6 Premium Luxury SUV.  From the moment she answered the phone she was very polite, well informed, and eager to earn my business.  My entire interaction with this Dealership from Mayra to the Financial Manager Mr. Landry (Love his personality????) was TOP TIER. I had a wonderful experience buying my vehicle, and I especially want to thank Marcus for his outstanding support — even though he wasn’t working the day I came in to finalize the purchase.

Marcus took the time to answer all my questions ahead of time and made sure everything was set up for a smooth transaction. He even coordinated things behind the scenes on his day off and made sure I was taken care of by someone else at the dealership. That kind of care and effort isn’t something you see every day.

He also followed up afterward to make sure I got everything I needed, including helping with a repair appointment and ordering accessories for me.
