We went to a few other dealerships trying to find a good used Lexus.... Every dealership we went to, wanted to charge a bunch of junk fees. We realized the advertise price is not what you will get. To our surprise we went to Sterling and had a great experience. No junk fees. Straightforward pricing. Great experience. I highly recommend giving them an opportunity.

Easy in, Easy stay, Easy out. Scheduling was very easy. (My car made the call and I spoke to service department directly). The service representative who handled my car service was very knowledgeable and patient with my silly questions. Pleasant quiet atmosphere in the wait area. Plenty of coffee choices.
I love my car and I am glad I bought it from Sterling McCall.

5 STARS all the way! I thought my experience couldn’t be better than when my husband and I first purchased our vehicle from Melissa, who was fantastic by the way. I have just recently meant Alice, my service representative, she blew my socks off! What awesome service she and the rest of the staff provided for myself and family right from the door. Alice showed up with a welcoming smile and continued to ensure my visit was pleasant and that I was well informed of any and all particulars concerning my vehicle. When or if I had a question it was like she would just appear; with that wonderful smile. With a day filled with Soccer games and mishaps it was wonderful being helped by Alice. Thank you, Alice for enjoying your job enough to extend such quality care and service you are very much appreciated.
