We traveled out to Steven's Point because we bought our Honda out there a few years ago. I believe they are different owners, but have had great experience at both dealerships. This is about an hour away for us, but our local big name dealership has yet to impress.

It was a good experience, I felt like it didn't take too long as we had the car picked out already. The Finance team (Ashlie) was very knowledgeable and she worked some different numbers for us to make sure that we got the right price for our budget. We still have some additional questions for the salesman (Ryan) that have yet to be answered. This is my daughters first car and I wanted to make it a good experience for her. Ryan had another customer the day that we picked up the car, so he told my daughter to make a list of questions and he'd answer them. 2 1/2 weeks later and a few "asks" later, we're still waiting for the answers.

** Update **
Our questions have now been answered as my daughter brought the car back and asked Ryan to show her everything that she needed to know about the car. The steering wheel had to be replaced under warranty due to the heat not working in it. That issue has been resolved.
