Ted was GREAT to work with. He was prompt in responding, extremely patient with all my questions, and made me feel extremely comfortable driving 3 hours to buy a car sight unseen. The car was extremely well kept, the inspection done by the dealer was thorough, and there was not a single surprise about the car when I got there. I have always had a good experience with Strohl services. Their work has always been done in a timely manner and they would advise me if further work had to be done, and this would all depend on the importance of the part(s) and operation of my car. Always polite, answering all of my concerns, I have a thirty-year-old car that was well cared for and parts are becoming harder to come by, however, Strohl Services manages to locate the part(s) and or an equal replacement. I will continue to use their services, my car is well maintained and running great.
