Today I bought a BEAUTIFUL 2020 Chevy Equinox. I’m separating my review into sections because my experience warrants it:

Dealership: A really nice place and a warm, positive, honest environment. Great place to do business. Kept the long car buying process relatively short compared to other dealerships I’ve been to.

Finance director (David): Wonderful! Made the process smooth and easy! Was honest and fair.

I’m giving it only 4 stars because whoever did my initial financing (wasn’t David….he does the final paperwork) quoted me an incorrect price and I got all excited and then was let down a little bit when they saw their mistake and the price went up. But, I mean, I still bought the car so…..they definitely made an effort to rectify their mistake by offering more for my trade-in and covering my cost for tax and tags. I didn’t end up having to pay anything today.

And I’m saving the best for last….

The highlight of my visit today was my salesman, Don Watford! He has such a caring, warm, laid-back sales approach. He explained everything thoroughly and seemed to really want to help me do what was best for my finances and lifestyle, whether I ended up purchasing the car today or not. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him! He’s literally one of the best salespeople there. He made the let-down with the financing so much better. I plan on taking my mom there when she’s ready to purchase.

Overall, despite their mistake, I’d definitely go back.
