Had a great experience at Subaru of Dayton this past weekend. I was in 3 days in a row to test drive multiple cars multiple times, and even after test driving 3 different vehicles on day 1 and not being ready to make a decision yet, Robert E simply told me he hoped I'd give him the chance to earn my business. Went back on Sunday because I was also really impressed that any dealership Sales dept. anywhere is open on a Sunday, when we actually had time to continue shopping without trying to schedule around our own weekday work hours. Robert helped me with the car I wanted, was super helpful explaining the payments options, and teed me up to Vince who also did a great job in finance answering my questions and explaining things (he's new at this dealership, but I barely would have known if he hadn't told me). I've been dreading my first experience of getting a brand new car because I used to work in the auto industry and expected the hard sell, but this was so much easier than I expected. Will definitely be recommending Subaru and this dealership to people.
