We purchased a Subaru Forester Wilderness from Cris at the end of 2022. It was a great experience, and we are satisfied with Subaru's quality. We considered changing to a Subaru Ascent with a better towing capacity for our new trailer recently. And we came back to Subaru Orange Coast. Cris helped us go through everything again with very friendly service.

We had a heavy iKamper rooftop tent on our previous Forester. They helped us to move this heavy tent to the new Ascent. We are very thankful for the extra help! Subaru Orange Coast is the most friendly and sincerely car dealership I've ever met. Strongly recommend to everyone!

When I was first browsing for cars I was referred to the Subaru in Irvine. I reached out to see about a vehicle and was quickly told they didn’t have it in stock. They also didn’t respond when I asked about other vehicles and lead time about the Crosstrek I was looking for. So I kept browsing and came across the Orange Coast Location and set up an appointment for a test drive. Within minutes I received an email response from Kent. Who gave me more info about the vehicle and talked about how excited he was to have us visit the dealership. He even took the time and sent me a personalized video of the car I was looking for, giving me a sneak peak of what to see when I went in. When we got to the location unfortunately, there was a small dent on the right rear side of the car. Rest assured, Kent let me know that if we decided on that car they would have that fixed. We ultimately purchased the vehicle, which was a seamless and pleasant process, and he has even continued to reach out to me afterwards to ensure we are pleased with the car and that we get the dent fixed. Overall 10/10 experience. You can definitely tell they prioritize customer service.
