I purchased trailering mirrors for my
2018 GMC pick up truck and had them installed at Sullivan- Parkhill Chevrolet Cadillac in Champaign, IL.
During installation, there were a few unexpected circumstances that had to be done in order for them to fit and function properly. Charles Norris was my Service Representative that coordinated the installation and insured everything was done properly. I'm very particular about my truck. Charles, along with the entire Service and Parts Department, completed the job to perfection. This is why Sullivan-Parkhill are the only people that will work on my vehicles.
Their word is their honor. They quoted me a price and honored what they had quoted. They went above and beyond what was expected of them. That is why they will be the only people to work on vehicles now and in the future. Thanks to all at Sullivan-Parkhill Chevrolet-Cadillac!
