I can’t recommend the service department at SS Dodge more highly! The alternator went out in my 2020 Mercedes Sprinter, and my options were: get towed to MB of McKinney, and wait two days for the part to arrive (according to their service advisor), or limp into Sulphur Springs and let these guys have a crack at it!
It was later in the afternoon when I arrived, and the alternator showed up a few minutes later. From Ashley and the techs in service, all the way up to Scott the owner, the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, and they had me back on the road, early the next morning!
I appreciate the hustle from everyone, and I would gladly return to have my van wrenched on by their team! Thanks so much, guys!
