Went in to take a look at a vehicle for my wife.  The salesman Terry was extremely patient with us, and was not overbearing whatsoever.  He kept things to the point, and didn’t string us along for an extended duration, trying to wear us down.  We let him know the numbers we wanted to be at, and he made it happen.
The was one of the most hassle free experiences we’ve gone through.  All the way through, and going over the numbers with his sales manager in the end, I could not have been happier with the treatment my wife and I both were given.  I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a new car, to go and see him.  The people at this dealership not only provide a smooth buying experience, they go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

And as they saying goes, Happy wife, happy life????.
She ultimately decided on a brand new F150 Lightning!

Update to my original review from October 2023
After my review I did receive a call from one of the sales managers to address my concerns. He took his time to speak with me and go through the list of concerns I had. i can not recall if it was Wes or Scott I spoke to, but he very friendly and did apologize for any long hold times on the phone, not being able to speak to finance and other small issues I had with my car. I was very happy that Sunland did try to remedy the experience I initially had back in 2022 and this time around. I also received a call on Monday which was the next business day from finance and addressed any concerns. The sales manager went above and beyond to make my experience better. Five days after i purchased my car the windy blew my car door into a pole in the parking structure and damages my paint (my luck) I tried to use the protection plan I purchased for the paint, but they did not cover that type of damage, so the Manager was kind enough to order a pen with the color to fill in the chip and mentioned they would fill it in for me he didn't have to do that but his customer service for customers was great. This creates returning customers and client referrals receiving this type of treatment. He also set me up with service (Jennifer) to address other concerns with the car. Jennifer was very friendly scheduled me right away and accommodated my appointment time. The manager followed up with me days via phone which was great customer service.
October 2023-
I recently made a purchase about 5 days ago on a new 2024 Mustang. I did visit this same dealership last year in November and had a bad experience with a desk manager, and I did not make a purchase at that time due to the poor customer service. The sales representative was Jessica she was great and that was the reason why I decided to revisit the dealership this year, and they had the vehicle I was looking for. Jessica was no longer working there when I returned; I was helped by Isaac. Which was of great help throughout the process. I did not have much interaction with the desk manager other than him, greeting us, and letting us know about rates when Issac called him over. Finance was fairly quick and painless. The concerns I’ve had are getting a hold of the Service department since I’ve called to inquire on something. I have not been able to get through. Calling the finance department has been my seconds concern to ask a question about my contract. I have not had a phone call back I've attempted to call several times, no luck yet. My sister had the same experience last year with the service dept. not answering phone calls or placing her long wait times or hanging up the calls. I made the purchase at this dealership because they happen to have the car I was looking for. I have not had a phone call after my purchase as dealerships normally do, once you make a purchase dealerships typically call their customers to thank them for the business and to ask if there’s any questions or concerns. Overall, I would rate this dealership a 2 or 3 due to the fact that the customer service over the phone is not the best, wait times are long, no calls back if you leave a message. If it weren't for that I would rate a solid 3 maybe even a 4. I would recommend Isaac as a sales rep. I would suggest possibly having better customer service in the past when making purchases customer service was a little superior. Typically making the process comfortable since you’re there for several hours. For example offering you a beverage a snack lol at some point since you're there for hours, psychologically this does entice buyers receiving great customer service makes it more comfortable and more likely to make a purchase. I hope to receive a phone call back from Finance at some point and to be able to get through the service dept. fairly soon.
