GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I was looking for a Camry TRD and was working with Guy, George, and Greg to find one. I didn't have much time because I was in need of a car, so George and the other members of Sunrise Toyota North offered me an XSE V6 that would be there that weekend. George was super helpful and so nice! He made the whole process super easy. Buying a car at 18 was something that seemed super stressful. But, thanks to George and the rest of the team there, it was super easy. I LOVE my new car. I am so happy I got this car instead of the TRD because it has so many features that are so great to have like the red interior and the Cold Weather Package. Thank you all!!!

My experience from beginning to end at Sunrise Toyota North was amazing! I was referred to this dealership and my salesman, George, by a coworker. I reached out to George to schedule an appointment, and within no time at all it was scheduled for the same day. When I arrived George was extremely welcoming, friendly, and prepared. He had the car I was interested in readily available for me to take a look at and test drive. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and answered all the questions I had about the vehicle throughout the process. Additionally when it came to the financial aspect, he was extremely helpful, fair, and honest to create the best deal for my situation. The remainder of the process to purchase the car was simple, and the rest of the staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and respectful. From the minute I walked in my salesperson Ryan was very friendly and informative. Guy and Ryan went above and beyond to help me get a hold the car I really wanted ????. Even though there were shipping issues with my car, Ryan and Guy kept me up-to date day by day. I never expected buying a car to be made so simple and easy. Amazing service & beyond helpful my car sales person Jennieva Natera was, answered all my questions & concerns even after we had met at another location & sadly couldn’t get the deal done the first time. Crossroads again at this dealership & got the deal done. She went out her way to getting me the car from another dealership & understood the distance where I live, helped me with online forms & numbers, met at a price point & the negotiations went very smoothly & quickly, was in & out in 1 hour !! She made the process so easy it felt like I was buying a car from a friend! Would highly recommend asking for Jennieva Natera!! Will be getting my next toyota with her in the near future & make that trip again from Brooklyn!

Saw a beautiful used bronco for sale so called up and spoke to a gentleman by the name of George Holmes. I made an appointment to look at the car. When I got there George was very welcoming. He was very easy to deal with and the dealership as a whole was very easy to deal with. I don’t think in my 30 years of car shopping have I ever had such a pleasant easy experience, George was very accommodating paid attention to all needs and wants and made the deal work out.
