Sunset Kia Sarasota went above and beyond to find my family a 2024 Kia Carnival.  I had requested a very specific trim level and color that was not in their inventory.  But they were able to find exactly what I wanted!  Kevin and Sean were great to deal with and had me in and out of the dealership in less than an hour.  I received fair value for my trade and NO back and forth on the price which I really liked.  Great experience from start to finish.  Great Job Sunset Kia!

Update!  Took my Carnival for its first service.  All the Chris’s in the service were friendly, courteous and professional.  The process was quick and easy! Great job!

Even though I hate this term in the car industry but in this case it’s true to the term “transparency”. No pressure atmosphere with polite and accurate conversation.
