My experience at Superior Hyundai was truly five stars. From just getting information when I was looking for a new car, to trading my existing car in, to signing papers in the pressure-free finance office, to getting the keys… every step was great. Buying a new car can be a stressful process and the team at Superior eliminated that stress with their professionalism and attention to detail. If you are considering purchasing a Hyundai, it would be worth your drive from across the region and state to purchase from Superior. This is the sixth car I’ve purchased in my life and this was leaps and bounds the best sales experience of any.

Great experience with the service department! Always easy to contact, and get my car taken care of in a timely manner. I'd recommend to anyone!
Every charge is explained in detail beforehand, and you get to choose what you can or cannot do at the appointment. I.e. if you didn't have enough time that day, or needed to do something that wasn't critical, on your next service visit.
Super clean waiting area, and they keep the snacks/drinks stocked, as well as checking in to make sure you are comfortable and don't need anything.

Stephen in the service department was awesome. I had a situation with my car and he actually showed me along with Mike exactly what the problem was. They actually showed me!!!  I’ll definitely be taking my car back for further service

They were friendly and even though it was a very busy it didn't take as long as I thought it would.  The waiting area is comfy and they have complimentary water, coffee, and snacks.
