Anyone who is checking out the reviews for this dealership and are seeing negative reviews, they are all valid. I had the exact
same experiences with my car here too. The service department was in shambles here, somewhat disgraceful. But, it's a beautiful thing when you can realize that there is a light at the end of a dark tunnel. This dealership has finally cut ties with several weak individuals they had in their service department and brought in a motivated group of individuals to get this department back to standard. My car sat there for nearly six months needing a engine with no progress. Kia hired Jason, Bailey, and Rich to the service dept, I had my car back in less than a month after their hiring. Thank you guys, yall are amazing and wonderful. I really can't thank you enough. I have a renewed faith in Kia, and I believe they are trending in the right direction, and I hope it stays that way. For the Kia dealership, I still hold you accountable for my not so pleasant experience, but hiring the right candidates for your service dept was essential to begin establishing some prestige back, make sure you take care of your new crew you have, they are an asset.
