We came in looking for a reliable used truck, and we did find one that worked out. We definitely wanted to make sure that we were able to get a second opinion from a trusted mechanic to ensure the reliability as best as one can with a used vehicle. The staff obliged when we negotiated for 48 hours instead of 24 hours to get in into our local mechanic. We are happy we were able to do so and that our mechanic wasn't too busy. T was very down to earth, easy going, and had good energy during the whole process with plenty of stories to keep us  entertained during the test drive, going over the paperwork with a fine tooth comb, figuring out financials, and the whole process. Overall, I'm happy with the truck we got, that we were able to get in into our mechanic in the nick of time, and that the reliability of the vehicle is what is to be expected when purchasing from a used car dealership (small oil leak etc. , but no major issues) 5 stars.

I got a killer deal!!!
I traded in my old car for a rate that was competitive to Kelly Blue Book. And, I got me new truck for a really good price.
So many used car dealers try and screw you over by hiding things. They were honest and were willing to work with me. And, I say that as someone who was a tough customer. 10/10 would go there again.

I decided against purchasing the vehicle I’ve been looking at, but the service from these folks is fantastic. Jackie responded to my inquiry, and her customer service skills are top notch. She even offered to drive out from Milwaukee to Vancouver to accommodate me because I don’t have a car right now.
