I got my truck back in the beginning of June from Alex at Supreme Auto Center. I was set on this truck I got, I didn't want any other vehicle. It didn't look like I was going to be able to get it. I went home with nothing. Alex didn't give up on it, he called me back a few days later and made it happen. Same day I got it I was headed to the river a few hours later. I recently purchased a Lexus IS 350 F-Sport from Supreme Auto Center and while I don't normally write reviews, I felt compelled to leave some kudos for Alex and his father who made this experience one to remember.  Alex was a straight shooter and didn't try to push a bunch of unnecessary additional fees.  He gave me fair value on my trade-in and was overall just a good person to talk to.

The transaction took a little longer than normal due to some unforeseen circumstances but I did not mind staying as Alex took the time to walk me through the process and handled every situation that arose with professionalism.  It was nice to learn about him and his family.
