I have for the most part always driven a Toyota. I decided I wanted a Cadillac. I live on the Southside. I drove to Newport news to buy my Cadillac , Suttle had more choices than the dealer close to me. I had 2 Salesmen who helps us as my husband stopped there first and then had to bring me back. Jerry Cheek and Melvin Dawson were definitely top notch when it came to Customer Service. Very patient with the amount of cars I wanted to drive before I picked one all the way down to the delivery of the car. The only reason I gave a 4 star and not 5 was the process getting to finance. Yes the big car dealers do everything digitally and 1 person takes care of it all and no “ finance “ office to go into. I know this is a family owned dealership and they still do things the old way. That was a little frustrating for me.

She answered all of my questions and made me and my daughter (who is a young teen) feel at ease with the process. The car looks amazing and they did a great job detailing it.
