We have nothing but great things to say about Amber. Mentioned that we were interested in the 2019 Dodge Ram and she made it happen within a matter of just a couple hours. We talked, said our concerns, she listened and gave us her undivided attention. She was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we showed up, to even after our purchase. Stephanie was Awesome!  She made my son’s 1st car purchase go smoothly!  She was able to work within his monthly budget!  Her manager, Greg was also very professional and willing to work with our monthly budget. I do not like to feel forced into anything and they were great!
I did however feel pressured and talked down to for not paying an extra $100 a month for  GAP and extra coverage.  I had worked with Stephanie and Greg to get the car at the price I needed. The extra $100 a month was NOT in the budget. And I was made to feel like I was making an horrible decision. Overall, we got the car we wanted at the price we needed.

After the service I was provided by Sal, Greg, and Mike regarding my purchase earlier in March. Be I decided to take my son back for his 1st new car on March 30.
