Luis made my car buying experience ridiculously easy. I called him in the morning and let him know I will be coming by in the evening to purchase a vehicle and he did all the extra work for me including researching my banks APR’s vs Lexus APR. I received my keys and all my paperwork in about 2 hours. Luis walked me around the vehicle, helped me set up my Lexus app and answered all my questions about my new car. I visited 3 different Lexus dealerships and Luis was my favorite sales advisor hands down. I love this guy! Ahaha give him a raise!
