Customer service advisor was great and I was in an out within a good time. Only concern I had was after my oil change, my wiper fluid was empty even though it was checked off complete. This gives concern as it makes a person question what else wasn’t done?

Justin was really professional.  Promptly getting me checked in for a yearly service, he asked me if I had any issues to look into.  I reported that my iPhone 11 can’t access the audio system in my 2020 CR-V.  After servicing was completed when promised, he called me to report that when a second iPhone is present in my car, both phones cannot function through the audio system.  Justin answered my phone issue and I feel satisfied with his response.
Most importantly, he waived the charge for tire rotation, and I thanked him for that.  Good service!

We had a very positive experience with purchasing our car in 2019. The service is expensive as expected, but it is simply annoying that the quoted price doesn't exactly match the final invoice for basic services. So far, we have had good experiences with the service completed.
Update 13Mar2024: I had an issue with my key fob and navigation the day before leaving on a road trip. I truly felt the helpful Honda spirit from the service team. Multiple people checked on me while I waited by my car for the super helpful person who fixed the issue quickly and went above and beyond with explaining the background. Next time, I am coming here first because the hassle was not worth it.
