Oil change, alignment and tire rotation performed as planned. Was impressed that the mechanic noticed my newer front tire that I recently replaced after a blowout and only performed a half rotation to ensure even wear of the tires on that side. Great catch. Service managers were courteous as always, treating me like family.

They gave me a fair and honest quote for the replacement of my transmission.  Turns out it was covered under an extended warranty, so we didn't pay a dime.  The staff was very upfront about the time it would take to evaluate and complete the work, and we had our vehicle back exactly when they said we would.
