My 2020 Hyundai Tucson AWD was scheduled for it's 30k checkup and I arrived ahead of my appointment and was greeted by Dawn.  Even though she was tied up with another matter, she immediately greeted my with a big smile and then verified my appointment and the service I was expecting.  She directed me to a room where I could set up my laptop and work while the service professionals performed all the necessary work to complete the checkup.  Dawn came to get me when the service was completed (considerably quicker than what I had prepared for) and guided me through the documentation and checkout seamlessly and courteously.  She even made sure the driver's side of my Tucson was vacuumed out prior to me taking possession of it to leave.
