When I first came in, someone named Denrick helped me. I explained to him what I was looking for and how I’ve never looked at cars or financed before.  The process felt very rushed and like he was just trying to make a sale. There was no thorough explaining about anything, didn’t walk me through the steps, just had me sign some things to check my credit and was hardly at his desk to help me. I test drove two cars, he just parked it out front and had me go out there. Didn’t show the inside to me or walk out there with me or anything.  It wasn’t as personal as I wanted it to be but on the contrary he was nice. Then Lance took over and I felt much better. He took the time to explain the process to me, answered all my questions and showed me around the lot to my options for cars. You could really tell he’s here to find me a car, not just to make a sale. I was disappointed however, that I only got 300 for my trade in. I should’ve kept my car. I could’ve gotten at least 1000 on marketplace. but that’s my own mistake. I highly recommend Lance and his wife! They are fantastic.
