Carlos was not a pushy salesman at all and even made accommodations for us when my husband unexpectedly had to go out of town and I couldn't pick up my husband's Mercedes during their open hours.

Then when I decided that the GLK that I test-drove wasn't for me, Carlos asked what I was looking for. I mentioned that I wanted something more like a used fully loaded Toyota Highlander Limited Platinum with a non-brown interior, the 2nd row being a bench seat for my dogs, and within my ridiculously low budget lol.

Despite the dealership seemingly specializing in higher-end vehicles, Carlos took the time to search through his sources to find my perfect vehicle. Even though the options he found weren't exactly what I wanted, he was incredibly patient with me and suggested I test drive a GL instead, as he could more easily find one that met my criteria.

Overall, Carlos spent at least an hour helping me search for my ideal car within my budget. He assured me that he would keep looking and let me know if he finds something that could work for me.
