We purchased our SUV at Ted Britt Fairfax Ford last weekend and couldn't be more pleased. Our salesman, Frank, was the best car salesman we have ever used. He was personable, helpful, and the least bit pushy. Mark, in finance, was so helpful and really informative. Lastly, Brad, the sales manager was equally as helpful, personable, and not like most sales managers we have met in our past car shopping experiences. We drove an hour and 45 minutes to purchase the car from here and we definitely would do it again in a heartbeat to be able to work with these great people. Highly recommend!!!!

Alejandro, my sales agent, was phenomenal.  Received a fair price for my trade in and the sales price for the new car was acceptable.  The 5 stars are for the service I received from sale and finance. I felt zero pressure working with the,.
I do think they could have done a better job cleaning up the Explorer I bought.  My trade in had 25,000 more miles and is way cleaner on the inside of the new.  I'll be giving it a real detail this weekend.
