I didn’t know what to expect when I first pulled into this dealership. I was met with a warm welcome and respect that I didn’t get from all of the other dealerships in my area. Kyle and Austin was clear and concise in helping me obtain a vehicle and there was no beating around the bush. The owner was very welcoming as well! We were offered various trim levels and payment options. We feel our trade-in offer was in line with our fair market research. The customer service is TOP notch,  as I was working Teresa brought me a water since I was working at the "Work Station" that they provide for their customer.   The Counter Rep was very informative as to what needed to been done to my car.   I appreciate the Terry Reid team for their service to make sure my car is safe for traveling.  This is very important to me, since I am a Sales Representative that spend most days traveling to my customers.
