Great recent experience with Teton Motors! My husband and I bought a used 2012 Subaru Forester from them. Jon Pinardi was our salesman, and he’s pretty good to work with.
Unfortunately, our car had some cracks on the windshield, and they said the windshield they ordered should have arrived before we did. Because it was not replaced beforehand, they gave us a price reduction. We later found out that the amount was not enough, but gladly, they refunded the remaining amount to us.
There were a couple of other issues we found with the car such as the sunglasses holder not closing, the rearview mirror is loose when we tried to adjust it, the side windows do not open smoothly and has some lags, and the arm rest had a lot of holes. These were issues weren’t made known to us but found out ourselves. They were not reported anywhere on the listing or carfax. Wished they would have been made known regardless of whether or not a discount will be given instead of us finding out about the flaws ourselves.
Overall, still a pleasant experience it has been. It was a perfect day to travel and buy the car because it might have been the sunniest day during the winter seasons last month.
