A big thank you to Ken at Auto Inn.  I was out this morning on my bike and had a flat tire.  I was walking toward the nearest gas station which was quite far when I came upon Auto Inn.  I asked Ken if he could possibly provide air, and he very graciously fired up his compressor and had me back on the road in no time.  While I was there I had a bit of a tour and am impressed with Ken and this storage facility.  It’s clean, neat and secure.  I highly recommend Auto Inn and this fine gentleman , Ken.

Parking at The Auto Inn is a breeze! From arriving at The Auto Inn to hopping out of the shuttle at the airport took under 10 minutes! I really appreciated my interactions with Nick, who is friendly and timely. This parking facility is such a gift of an alternative to the pricey on-site airport parking. As a frequent traveler residing up the hill in J Tree, this is very a sensible choice for me.

I am so thankful to have meet Bob DeFazio. He gave me a job and I learned so much from him. He was always trying to teach me something new and he was so patient with me. It was an amazing place to work and I am sad I moved and couldn’t work there anymore. I am also so thankful, he helped me buy a car. I would not have the car I am driving if it wasn’t for Bob helping me.

**this is not a review of The Auto Inn - I didn’t want to give them a bad review but this is relevant for anyone who is booking parking through SpotHero. For my trip to the airport, I had booked a spot here on SpotHero and luckily I called “Nick” for a shuttle ride before I drove here. I was told that The Auto Inn no longer does parking and though I had booked a spot, as of a few months ago, this no longer exists as a place for long term parking. Luckily, the woman I spoke to on the phone gave me another number to call and I was able to book a spot at a place called The Lot @ PSP (highly recommend).
