I reached out to Keeley Dellibovi at Bobby Rahal to inquire about purchasing an Extended Warranty for a 2023 Land Rover Defender, as my local dealer in NJ was quoting a completely ridiculous price. Keeley was very honest and responsive, to the point where I even considered making the trek to buy the car from her. The logistics precluded this, and I ended up opting out of the Extended Warranty, but I did buy a Tire and Wheel warranty through Keeley, and, again, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with, which I believe is representative of the entire dealership.

I had gone to Rahals in Cannonsburg this past week for an ‘emergency’ tire replacement due to damage from a pothole. My experience here could not have been better. From the customer service on the phone as well as at the dealership, to the atmosphere of the place, I would rate it overall a 10/10. The waiting lounge was comfortable and had a large array of beverages and snacks. (Continuously being cleaned/sanitized)  The service done on my car went quickly for having called them that morning to get in without an appointment. I will 100% use this dealership again while I am living here in the Pittsburgh area. I am incredibly impressed with my overall experience and the friendliness of the employees!

Tess is amazing! I would absolutely recommend you ask for her. She made my car buying experience the most enjoyable and fun experience I have ever had. My husband decided to buy me a car for Christmas. He allowed me to select the one wanted. Being the savy shopper I am I looked around for the best pricing for the car I wanted. Tess worked with me every step of the way. She was super responsive to my calls and emails. She worked to get my business. The day I walked in to buy my car it was a done deal no surprises or hidden costs. They were so nice to have my car wrapped up in a bow! I think Tess was as excited for me, as I was!
