Hannah and the rest of the service team went above and beyond my expectations with my major repair. I feel they had my best interests the entire time. I had them make a few other maintenance item repairs outside of the warranty work (100,000 mile extended warranty). I have a 2019 Ford F150 that needed cam phasers and transmission repairs. They handled everything in a timely fashion and communicated regularly. I couldn’t be happier with the Faricy Ford service department. I will be back for all of my regular services.
