Best car dealership to work with! Scott Johnson the owner was a stand up guy. Sold me a 2001 F-250 Super Duty. The truck was as clean as described if not in even better condition! The price was well below blue book value and the staff was quick to respond, polite, and just overall good people. I bought the truck from Idaho over the phone. Scott drove all the way to Sioux City, IA to pick us up and drive us to the dealership. Scott did this at no extra cost and even took my friends and I who flew out to SD to dinner after the deal was done. By far the best customer service dealership I've ever seen. Thank you Scott LLC! Scott and Eric are a welcoming and charismatic duo! Out of all the dealerships I visited, these guys made me the most comfortable, which is extremely important to me as a young woman buying a car alone. They were both very helpful and accommodating during my buying experience. I purchased a 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe for less than blue book value and got a fair trade-in price for my scuffed up 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix. I'm very pleased with my vehicle and the service that was provided.
I was able to take the Hyundai to get checked out by my mechanic prior to purchasing. Because of this, we were able to foresee an imminent need for a new starter BEFORE it became a serious problem, and Eric went out of his way to verify the need and get the starter replaced before I made the purchase. Aside from the starter (which normally needs to be replaced around 100k for this make/model anyway), everything else was in pretty much perfect condition. Even my mechanic noted how well the vehicle had been maintained and upgraded.
I highly recommend checking out The Lot!
