They did their absolute best to try to get me a new key for my 2007 chrystler pt cruiser, but three places I visited, including this dealership, had issues trying to program my new key chip. They had told me they would charge me either way to give it a try, with a 50/50 chance at success, but after they tried, they actually said not to worry about payment and let me slide. I have never in all my days of working with any dealership, be it Ford, GM, or chrystler, had them let me slide on at least a service fee or hoist fee to simply look at the vehicle, I was amazed to say the least. The staff was extremely kind and knowledgeable. I do not often give five-star reviews, but with this level of satisfaction, I can't help but give a glowing review. Thanks, Thelen!
