My experience at Thomas Chevy (Media location) could not have been better.  They had on the lot, the exact car I was looking for.  Additionally, the price was fair, and the process was quick and easy.  However, what really made the experience a 5+ star was the customer experience.  I dealt with Chris from the first email inquiry.  Chis even scheduled a call with me to introduce himself and the dealership before my scheduled appointment.  He took the time to go over all of the vehicles features, and even called me later in the day when he saw my son driving the brand-new car.  Truly exceptional customer experience.  I highly recommend Thomas Chevy in Media.

I’ll be honest, I don’t know too much about cars, and I’m still a newer driver- BUT Jack is a great technician. Whether he was hands on personally with my car or just supervised the work, he ALWAYS takes the time to explain what service was done to fix a problem and why, or gives me his honest word on what might need fixed later down the road. Thankfully, my car is feeling great right now, but next time I’m in I’ll definitely be seeing if i can request Jack! Great guy!
